Getting your fishing license online is now easier than ever!
- Simply click the button below to visit the South African e-Fishing website. If you’re a first-time user, start by creating a new account. Once registered, log in and click the “New Application” button at the top right of the page.
- Fill in the required information on the application form and be sure to select the correct type of permit. If you’re not planning to collect bait from the lagoon, you can choose only the Angling option. Then click “Save and Proceed” at the top right. You’ll be taken to a final review page—check your details carefully.
- When you’re ready, click “Proceed to Payment”, select “Pay Online”, and enter your card details to complete the payment. Once successful, you can download your permit and either print it or keep a digital copy on your smartphone for convenience.
